These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NagSquad mobile application (“App”) operated by NagSquad (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
NagSquad is a personal accountability application that helps you track habits and goals by sending persistent reminders (“nags”) until you log your daily activity. The App is available on Android (iOS support planned for a future release).
You must be at least 13 years of age to use NagSquad. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You must create an account using a valid email address to use NagSquad. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
NagSquad offers the following service tiers:
Subscriptions are purchased through and managed by Google Play. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Google Play’s terms and policies. To cancel, manage your subscription through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The App, including its name, logo, character mascot (“Nag”), design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of NagSquad and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited license to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (your goals and logs). By entering this content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NagSquad is an accountability tool, not a medical or mental health service. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychological, nutritional, or fitness advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAGSQUAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NagSquad and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief for IP infringement. You waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings.
